NEW POLL: Only Labour can beat Reform in Gorton and Denton.

A by-election will take place in Gorton and Denton on 26 February and the latest polling is clear – it’s a battle between Labour and Reform UK in this seat.

The poll, from FindOutNow, shows this as a tight race between the two parties, with Labour just three points behind Nigel Farage’s Reform UK at the start of the campaign.

The Green Party and other parties are much further behind, with Labour clearly positioned as the only party able to beat Reform UK.

A vote for any party other than Labour risks letting Farage and Matt Goodwin's toxic politics take hold in Manchester and drive a wedge between communities.
